About Jack Foster
Construction is my passion
Mainland construction companies and contractors come and go in Hawaii. They don't understand the operating environment and unique challenges that these islands of paradise can throw at you.
My father, Dave Foster, built our commercial general contracting business, Dave Foster Builders, from a small business with a toolkit in the back of a pick-up into one of the leading luxury retail and commercial general contractors in Hawaii. We are led by his guiding principles of:
being honest...
building long-term relationships with local sub-contractors...
and obsessing over the small details.
We started Foster Federal to dedicate our experienced manpower to Government contracts. We currently work with several national construction companies as their reliable, local partner in Hawaii.
Foster Federal LLC is majority-owned by The Hanai Hawaii Foundation, which is a Native Hawaiian Organization dedicated to fostering a better future for Native Hawaiians.
Ultimately, our business is about taking your blueprints and project ideas and turning it into a finished product that we all can be proud of and show our ohana for years to come. We take care of every detail and have full transparency at all stages.
